The symmetric structure can install two bundles of paper tubes
simultaneously, allowing the user to change paper assignments
without stopping. It is driven solely my hydraulics, which allows
for clamping, loosening and translation to the right and left as
well as the lifting of the paper. The paper carrying head is of a
double 3/4 inch type, and is kept in place by a multipoint
pneumatic brake.
Features:
The paper roll clamping, lifting, left and right translation can be
done through the electric method. It utilizes a single slide
symmetrical four-arm structure that can support two rolls of base
paper at the same time. Also, a disc-type manual brake is adopted
so that the original paper force can be adjusted anytime. In order
to ensure safe and reliable operation, the clamping and mechanical
rotation of the arm are equipped with a constant torque clutch.
